For over ten years, I’ve used Marti Heard Designs for my event florals. She’s innovative and creative and takes the time to get to know her clients so she can make helpful suggestions to enhance their vision. Marti’s new retail shop offers a blend of quirky, sophisticated items that complement the decor and style in any room. Though a floral company, the retail items are meant to help create a personal and fun space without compromising quality and good design.

Marti Heard Designs is such a great addition to Newport! Since opening their doors Marti has become an integral neighborhood shop, planning fun events for the community like candlelight concerts with a string quartet , floral pumpkin designing for Halloween, and more. The shop has great gifts, candles, cards, bengals gear & plants. I love when she puts out florals from events for free! Marti Heard & employees are always so friendly! A great place to support woman owned businesses, shop small & spend local! A must stop in Newport!

Marti Heard Designs is such a quaint floral shop right in the heart of Newport. I am always impressed by the floral arrangements displayed and the ones I have received. The store also has wonderful and thoughtful accessories and decorations that make perfect gifts. If you need a last minute unique gift or card, you need to check out this shop. So happy to have stumbled upon this place and looking forward to going back to fulfill my floral or party favor needs.

I received the most beautiful grab and go bouquet from the shop. It’s a great place to find one of a kind gifts for everyone! I love the middle finger candle!!! I’ll definitely be going back.

A great place to find last second gifts for any type of occasion! I picked up some really unique pop out flower bouquet cards there for my mom for Mother’s Day. The store has a great a variety of gifts as well from shower steamers to candles the likes of which all my friends and family love.
